SUSIE PORTER plays Tully

“Susie embodies a lot of the things I like about real Australian woman
...a tough no nonsense about her that I wanted for the character of Tully.” - David Caesar

Mullet finds Susie Porter reunited with David for the third time, the first time as Betty in Idiot Box and the second in Wildside. Porter has beguiled critics and audiences alike since making her big-screen debut in the Nadia Tass directed feature Mr. Reliable. Born and raised in Newcastle, Porter attended Sydney’s prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and has been inundated with work since. Her lead role as a sexually and creatively frustrated housewife in director Davida Allen’s recent feature, Feeling Sexy, garnered Porter much critical acclaim. Other film credits include Better Than Sex, Paradise Road, Bootmen, Welcome to Woop Woop, Amy, Two Hands and The Monkey’s Mask. She will also feature in Star Wars Episode II.

Porter has also appeared on television in Big Sky, Children’s Hospital, Wildside, Water Rats and Aftershocks.
